Daddy Freeze Reacts As The World's Largest Church Auditorium Opens In Nigeria

  Controversial On-Air-Personality and online pastor, Daddy Freeze has regarded the builing of the largest church auditorium in Nigeria as a colossal waste which can't improve the lives of Nigerians. The Dome    He weighed in on the issue via his Instagram account calling on more investment in the economy to provide jobs for the millions of unemployed Nigerians. The church domiciled in Abuja has a 100,000 capacity and its estimated to cost billions of naira. Ruggedman Writes Open Letter To Celebrities

Burglar Broke Into IBB's Guesthouse And Stole Phones and Cash

  Former president, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida's Guesthouse in the Shango area of Minna, the Niger State capital, was recently burgled as a suspect identified as Joseph Peter, was arrested for breaking into the room and allegedly stole four mobile telephones, one power bank and N10,000 cash.  The operatives of the Niger State Police Command apprehended the suspect, who hails from Kuta in Shiroro Local Government Area of the state.  While speaking to a correspondent when paraded, Peter, a graduate of the College of Education Minna, confessed that he felt stupid breaking into people’s homes and shops, noting that he had no reason for doing so.  The 26-year-old suspect said, “I am a disgrace to the society; I have insulted the human race and I don’t have reasons for doing this; I can’t even tell why I’m into it, honestly.

 Sylvester Debe Ojukwu, the first son of the Biafra warlord, Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu, is dead, Tribune reports.  He  reportedly died on Friday night after spending a short time at the hospital. He passed on at the age of 62.

Benue woman kills husband, three kids; commits suicide

  A woman late last night allegedly killed her husband, three children and also took her own life in Makurdi, the Benue state capital. the sad incident occured at their residence on Vandeikya Street in the state capital.  A source said the ugly incident may have been as a result of a misunderstanding between the couple.  It was gathered that the windshields of the vehicle belonging to her husband was also smashed.  Until his death, the husband, Nicholas Adetsav was an administrative staff of the local government service commission.  Several calls to the Benue State Police PRO, ASP Moses Yamu were not picked as at the time of filing this report.

Court Stops NLC, TUC’s Planned Strike

  The National Industrial Court of Nigeria has ordered the organised labour, comprising the Nigerian see Congress and the Trade Union Congress not to embark on its indefinite strike scheduled to commence on November 6. NLC   Justice Sanusi Kado, on Friday, gave the order in a ruling on an ex parte application moved on behalf of the Federal Government by the Solicitor-General of the Federation and Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Justice, Mr. Dayo Apata.   Agreeing with Apata, Justice Kado ruled that if the strike is allowed it would lead to huge economic loss to both public and private institutions and could jeopardise the health of many Nigerians who would not be able to access health facilities during the period.   The organised labour had threatened to commence an indefinite strike action to press for the increase in the national minimum wage from the current N18,00 to N30,000.   The last meeting of the tripartite negotiation committee on the minimum wage had en

 The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has presented an attestation certificate and  confirmation of school certificate result to President Muhammadu Buhari This was disclosed in a Twitter post by the president's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina, on Friday, November 2, 2018. WAEC registrar, Dr. Uyi Uwadiae, presented the certificate to the president at the State house.
