Newcastle United return to the Premier League after 4-1 win over Preston


Newcastle United have secured promotion back to the Premier League
 They beat Preston North End 4-1 on Monday night, April 24 to confirmed their promotion

Newcastle United have made an immediate return to the Premier League after beating Preston North End 4-1 in an explosive duel on Monday night, April 24, 2017.

The hosts took advantage of poor Preston defending for all four goals with Ayoze Perez netting twice from corners and Atsu finishing a counter-attack in first-half stoppage time after North End had lost possession in midfield.
 United were relegated to the Championship at the end of last season after finishing at the bottom of the standings.

Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez Despite not being able to save the club from relegation last season, former Liverpool coach Rafael Benitez stay put and the Champions League winning coach has now returned the club to the top flight.
