5 Buhari's ministers who're alleged corrupt
President Muhammadu Buhari, who is known for his firm willingness to eradicate corruption in Nigeria, has five ministers who are allegedly corrupt or have close relations with fraudsters. The Nigerian senate has approved President Buhari nominees on October 29, Thursday as ministers of the federation. The Nigerian leader is likely to inaugurate his cabinet on November 4, Wednesday. Meanwhile, there are indications that some of these appointees are corrupt and have at one time or the other stolen from Nigeria’s treasury. List below shows the ministers who’ve had a corrupt accusation in the past. 1. Rotimi Amaechi The most controversial Buhari’s minister, who also is the ex-governor of the Rivers state, has had a petition stopping his confirmation. He’s been accused to have looted the state treasury of billions from 2007 to 2015 when he was a governor. Reports say he stole $700 million and $150 million from that money was used to sponsor Buhari and APC for the 2015 polls
